Hey Holman Family!!!
Sorry I didn’t write this past Monday. It was carnival this past Monday and Tuesday so the whole country shut down. There weren’t any cibers open so we couldn’t write. But today we found one and i just wanted to send you an email saying that I’m still alive. We got a couple of appointments with investigators in a tiny bit so i cant really explain all that went down last week, but it was a good one! Me and my comp totally finished it off with baptizing Augustina Fernandez. Her dad is a member but has been in active for 35 years. Missionaries before us started visiting him and me and my comp got him and his fam to go to church after not going for 35 years. This past Sunday his daughter was baptized, and were working to help Hermana Fernandez, the mother of Augustina to be baptized after she gets married of course to hermano fernandez! Lots of people don’t see the importance of getting married down here, so its up to the missionaries to help them make that commitment with one another!
haha the highlight of the week also is i got to teach with my comp elder Davidson from the mtc for a day! It was so awesome getting to teach with him and see how far he has come from teaching with him in the mtc! Super awesome day!
Well team i gots to run, i gotta go teach an investigator how to speak in English, and then we have 4 or 5 appointments to teach people after that!!
Well, i love you all! Hope you’re doing just dandy! Thanks for all your emails this week! I’ll have to write you all back this Monday when i have more time!!
Con mucho amor,
Elder Holman
